What does it mean when a divorce notice is not applicable?

What does it mean when a divorce notice is not applicable? My dad and his previous wife just divorced and when the divorce papers came back, it says “the following notice is not applicable”.

It just means that that particular portion did not pertain to them.

It sounds like the court had other proceedings scheduled however since the parties finalized their divorce, said notice is now inapplicable. Call the family law clerk to get confirmation if concerned.
