This book contains such great ideas, activities, worksheets and practical interventions to use with children working through divorce issues. The ideas are easy to implement and can be adapted for use with a variety of ages of clients. No matter your theoretical approach, there are lots of ideas in here for you.

This book enabled me to put together a proposal to the Friend of the Court for a children’s workshop. They loved the idea and I continue to offer it using the forms, suggestions and activities that are included. It has great activities and games that assist children in discussing their feelings. It was the best money I ever spent on a book or activity used for counseling!

This is another great resource from Lowenstein. This book focuses strictly on children struggling with issues of divorce and it is wonderful! It is easy to use and has a well laid out format. The activities are creative and fun to use with the clients. As well the theoretical overview about divorce and the references and suggested reading section is very helpful. This book is something that I have used over and over again.

This book provides many interventions that are quick and easy to impliment, but provide a lot of content for counseling. I have a few of her other books and only a few of the interventions were familiar. I highly recommend this book.
