I think that what should happen is that there should be a prenumb but it expires after like 5 years or so. After 5 years you should know if you really want to stay with someone the rest of your life. then everything is both of yours.

The 50/50 rule is a good thing despite the bad press it gets. When you marry you enter a legal contract to basically become one so when you split it should be split 50/50. If people took marriage more seriously instead of making impulsive descisions without all the pertinent information there’d be less of these ‘hos for jackpot’ marriages.
